So first, I had a casual chat with the Academic, the Service Manager, and the Divisional Manager. We talked about my achievements, the kind of colleagues I work best with, and teamwork examples. After that, there was a practical test to check my secretarial skills, like task prioritization and finding information. The interviewers were really nice, which made it a pleasant experience. The only downside was the test afterwards; I was told it would take 30 minutes, but it ended up being shorter than that.
