The interview process included a 30-minute written assessment on a computer, where I had to complete 3-5 general admin tasks using Word and Excel. After that, I had a 30-minute discussion with the interview panel where they asked genuine questions about my past experiences and what I expect for the role. Finally, I was given a tour of the facility.

I applied through an agency called James Andrew's. I had one interview with two people on a panel. They asked me a bunch of questions about my skills. The interviewers were really serious and didn't give any hints about how I was doing. It felt a bit intimidating because they weren't smiling much, and I wasn't sure if I was performing well.
