The process was really smooth. First, you submit an application. If that goes well, you have a 45-minute interview. If you pass that, they'll make you an offer.

after initial implication, if shortlisted, you'll be invited for an interview. It involves a presentation and some competency questions. If you succeed, a phone offer is made, followed by a formal offer.
- When do you consider a requirement to be complete?
IT Analyst
The interview process involved two panel interviews, each lasting 30 minutes and covering 10 questions. There was no technical test, focusing instead on background knowledge from university, personality, and work experience. They presented a list of applications/software, and I had to indicate if I had used them and my level of confidence.
