I had an initial interview with someone from HR and a senior person from the team, then a second interview with the BD for the specific team. The process was really fast and the Talent Advisor kept me updated regularly.

Behavioral

I had one interview over the phone and then one face to face. The person interviewing me was professional on the phone. However, during the face to face interview, he went off topic and mentioned that he knew someone from the same 'community' as me, from a wedding. It wasn't the most professional approach, but I went with it and got the job. I don't think he meant to be offensive, he was just trying to connect, but it's not the best way to handle things. It's better to stay professional!

Behavioral Technical Case

I had a screener interview with the recruiter who contacted me by email. She had to reschedule our first meeting, but once we found a new time, we spoke for about 30 minutes and she asked several behavioral questions. About a week later, I was invited for an in-person interview downtown. I met with a few competent women in the business and completed an Excel test along with a short business writing assignment. I was kept in a conference room for the entire 2 hours and didn't get to see the actual workspace. They mentioned they'd be in touch with next steps by the end of the following week. After sending multiple follow-up emails to the recruiter in New York without a response, I finally received a rejection over a month after my interview.
