They do a 1st phone screening, and then pick out the best candidates to set them an interview. They ask basic questions about your education and what duties you're able to perform based on the job. Unfortunately I didn't get called.

The interview went pretty well. The Director of Nursing was professional and was upfront about the job description and the workload. She answered all my questions about staffing ratios and was open to helping me get my ACLS certification through the company, which is something they normally require before hiring.

I met with the local CEO in person then had a teams interview with the regional clinical liaison manager. Both interviews were with very nice people. The CEO interview was more casual and relaxed, maybe because JACO was in the building. The clinical liaison manager interview was more in-depth.
