It was super chill, but also kinda nerve-wracking. I met with the director and assistant director. They were really cool, answered all my questions, and showed me around the center. They let me know right then if they were interested. After that, they contacted all my references.

The interview felt pretty casual and friendly, but still professional. The manager was nice and referred me to another location since they didn't have the hours I was looking for. They offered me the job and I passed the background check and fingerprinting. I ended up declining the offer though because I didn't want to get more vaccines and the pay was quite low, although it's standard for the industry.

I had a face-to-face interview with the Assistant Director and the Director. It took a while because they weren't actively hiring at the time. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but they were friendly and open-minded. There were four of us interviewed. They interviewed us individually and then as a group.
