I applied online and about a week later, an assistant to one of the VPs reached out to set up an interview. The people I spoke with were easy to connect with. They asked a lot about my past PM experience and my personal approaches to project management. The first interview was a one-hour phone call with some managers, and the second was about an hour phone call with those same managers and their director.
