Registered Nurse
So I applied on their website and then I got an email right away saying thanks for your interest and that someone would reach out if I was a match. Almost immediately after, the recruiter emailed me to pick times for an interview with her. The next week, we had a video call where she went over the role and asked about my background. Then she set up a call with the hiring manager. After that video call, they said I'd hear back if I was moving on to the final interview with the hiring manager's boss. I had that video call, and then they told me the recruiter would call in a few days with the final decision. A few days after that last interview, the recruiter called me with the offer.
- What makes you want to join KindBody?
- Tell me about your past experience.
- Have you worked remotely before?
Registered Nurse
I applied for the job and quickly got a virtual interview with a recruiter. After that went well, I had a second virtual interview with the hiring manager, who thought I'd be a good fit. They then invited me to shadow in the office and meet the doctors and clinical manager I'd be working with. Following this in-person part, I had another virtual interview with a nurse (maybe a clinic manager, I wasn't sure of their exact role but they were a nurse). I was told again I was a good fit and the main person they wanted to hire. I followed up a few days later, and it's been about 4 weeks since I first applied. It feels like a waste of time because they initially said they'd decide quickly, but then after almost a month, they said they were still considering other candidates who were just starting the interview process due to scheduling issues. They promised to get back to me soon, but I never heard anything. The whole process felt disorganized, with different people interviewing and candidates at various stages. I wasn't even sure who made the final hiring decision. I did like meeting everyone, but they didn't handle follow-ups or respect my time. They also didn't seem to try to get to know me, focusing more on my experience than on hiring someone motivated to grow with the company.
- What is your reason for leaving your current job?
Registered Nurse
My interview process with this company involved a few remote interviews that kept getting rescheduled by the recruiter at the last minute, which was quite frustrating. Following these initial remote stages, I came in for a 2-hour shadow session. Based on my experience, it seemed like the team was understaffed and really overworked. Also, the compensation offered didn't seem competitive for the San Francisco area.
- Can you tell me about your clinical experience with IVF?
