The interview was super chill and fun! They asked me tons of stuff, not just about me but also about the company. Mostly, they wanted to see if my vibe matched the job. It started with a phone call, then I went in person. After the in-person, I had to give them three references and then just wait to hear back. Still waiting though.

You apply online and if they like your application, you get an email back for a phone interview. If that goes well and they think you're a good fit, they'll call you in for an in-person interview where you'll meet with a Kind representative. They'll ask some easy questions to get a feel for who you are, your experience, and if you have the "kind" vibe. They'll let you know where you stand about a week or two later.

Behavioral Other

Got a call not long after applying online. The field marketing manager wanted to do a phone interview. A few days later, we set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview was really comfortable and conversational. Everyone at Kind is friendly and just wants to see if the candidate is a good fit for the company and the role.
