I applied online and after a few days, I got a call to schedule an interview. The first interview was with the product manager, scheduled for 30 minutes but it went for almost 40 minutes. The manager talked about my current role and responsibilities and asked for details about things I mentioned on my resume. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but it took longer. The second round was with the director and manager, involving 3 coding challenges and one scenario-based question where I had to write acceptance criteria. This interview was supposed to be an hour, but I finished it in 30 minutes. I was told I wouldn't be left hanging and would get an answer within a week. A week later, I received an email stating my review was VERY POSITIVE but they were still processing and would have an answer the next week. It also mentioned that if I was in a hurry, I should let them know, and they'd try to speed things up, implying I'd made it to the third round. For the next 3 weeks, I kept getting the same email saying they were very interested but needed more time. Finally, after 4 weeks, I got an email saying they had hired someone else, leaving me hanging for five weeks with weekly emails suggesting I'd made it to the next round, only to be denied.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked me some personal questions about myself, then some situational questions about how I'd handle things in the workplace. There was also a whiteboard question, the classic fizzbuzz problem. They also gave me an object and asked how I'd test it to make sure it worked. After I'd come up with as many ideas as I could, they asked for five more. The managers were really nice and communicated everything clearly.

I had a 1-hour interview with the QA lead, a developer, and a product specialist. They asked me about data structures and OOPS. Then, they presented me with some scenarios and asked general questions about the supply chain during the latter part of the interview.
