First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kinaxis.
Manager
So first I sent my resume, then I had an online interview. They asked me some questions about management and also some technical stuff for the job. They also asked why I applied and why I'm interested in the role.
- How do you handle conflicts?
- Tell me about your motivations for applying.
- What makes you interested in this role?
Support Manager
The interview process included a recruiter call, a hiring manager interview, and a chat with a peer. I was initially told the whole process would take about three weeks, and both the hiring manager and recruiter assured me I'd get feedback a few days after the final interview. However, it ended up taking three weeks after I finished all the interviews to find out I didn't get the job. Also, my three attempts to follow up on the status during that time were completely ignored.
- Can you share some of your relevant experience?
- Describe how you would handle certain scenarios.
Senior Manager
Got a 30 min interview call from the hiring manager directly, not HR. The interviewer seemed uninterested and kind of rude. No follow-up or status updates were provided, even after I sent a thank-you note.
- What is your reason for leaving your current position?
