So the interview process started with a preplacement talk in our college, where they told us about the company norms. Then there was an aptitude round for 90 minutes that included quant (11 questions), logical reasoning (16 questions), verbal ability (10 questions), domain knowledge (9 questions), and database questions (3 questions). We also had to write an essay on the topic 'technology contribution to education,' which was a bit easy. A total of 65 students were in the aptitude round, and 30 of us were shortlisted for the group discussion. We were divided into 6 groups, with 3 panels, and each panel took two groups to see how efficiently we could speak. My topic for the group discussion was 'Autonomous Cars.' From the 30 students, only 15 went to the technical round, which was pretty easy with basic programming. I got about 4-5 coding questions, all done on paper and pen. This round also included a part where they reviewed our resume and projects, and the people were very friendly. I was the first one to complete the technical round and was immediately called for the HR round. I wasn't expecting it, so I was a bit taken aback, but the HR person was also friendly. The HR round involved an 'introduce yourself' question, and then they explained the packages and travel details. I was really happy and thought I would be selected, but I wasn't. The results came out the next day, and only 4 people were selected; I wasn't one of them.
