They said they'd follow up within a week or two, but after 4 weeks of no response, I realized I wouldn't get the job. They didn't even bother to inform me of their decision, which changed my positive view of Kimpton.

I had an interview with the general manager and the executive chef that lasted about an hour. The conversation was good, informative, and very positive. The GM provided great details about the role they need to fill, the company's culture, and his expectations for current and future staff. The Chef shared his background in the industry and what motivates him to excel.
