The interview happened in the store with the manager's assistant. It was professional but relaxed. First, she presented the store and the job. Then, I introduced myself and talked about my background. She asked why I was interested in Kiko, what I knew about the brand, and how I handle customer relations. She also asked standard questions about my availability, past experiences, and how I'd deal with a difficult customer. The interview lasted about 15-20 minutes. The process was pretty straightforward.

Had an interview with the store manager, where they asked a bunch of questions about my background, why I chose Kiko, and if I knew the brand. Also asked what career progression I was looking for in the company.

Got a call back pretty much right away, and then had an in-person interview. They asked for details about my CV, my experiences, my motivations, and my availability. The interview lasted over an hour, and two days later, I got a positive response.
