It was a really long interview process. I was first contacted by a recruitment agency, and then I went through a total of 4 interviews. The questions were pretty straightforward, focusing on your ability to actively drive sales, and they also asked about your makeup skills.

Behavioral Technical

The interview happened in the store with the manager's assistant. It was professional but relaxed. First, she presented the store and the job. Then, I introduced myself and talked about my background. She asked why I was interested in Kiko, what I knew about the brand, and how I handle customer relations. She also asked standard questions about my availability, past experiences, and how I'd deal with a difficult customer. The interview lasted about 15-20 minutes. The process was pretty straightforward.

Behavioral Technical Case

I had my first interview with HR, then a second technical interview, also on Teams. They asked a lot of back-to-back questions (see below), quite challenging but always related to the beauty world, interesting and requiring some creativity, knowledge of products and competitors.

Behavioral

So I had an interview scheduled for a sales position at Kiko Milano. I arrived 5 minutes early, but the manager accused me of being half an hour late and marked me as a no-show. I told her I was on time, and the interview was still 5 minutes away. She said she couldn't do the interview then because another staff member was on break and we'd have to wait. I ended up waiting on the shop floor for 15 minutes. When we finally went to the back room, I saw my name and interview time on her notebook, confirming I was early. I pointed this out, but she ignored it and changed the subject. The interview itself was okay, and she said she'd call me the following week with a decision. I never got the call, so I called the store the next day. She claimed she was 'busy' and might call over the weekend. Her behavior was really unprofessional; I expect a call if a decision time is promised.
