Had one call that was very promising and a great conversation. They explained the role well and the differences in their department. I followed up but got no response. I also tried following up with the recruiter and received nothing back.

The interview process started with a phone interview. First, I spoke with HR, and then with a coworker. We discussed my current job responsibilities and what the new position would entail. We also talked about salary and benefits. The interview went well, but I decided not to accept the offer as I'm happy with my current job.
- Can you tell me about your current job?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Are you open to relocating?
Procurement Specialist
I applied for this company in the middle of fall semester '17. About three weeks ago, I got an email to set up an interview with an HR rep. She was really nice and professional, not like a typical HR robot. I really enjoyed talking to her. She gave me a lot of info and asked about my interests in supply chain, like materials management or contracts. They also asked about relocation. If you don't like moving, this might not be the company for you, especially in engineering, construction, or supply chain. The first round interview was last week with a materials manager. He explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. This company communicates well; I never felt in the dark about what to expect, except for my project location. They do provide corporate housing for interns, which is a big plus. Everything was done over the phone, and they sent the offer by email. It was a great experience, and I'm excited to intern there this summer.
