The whole thing was pretty fast. It started with a phone interview with HR to do a general screening and make sure I was a good fit for what they needed. After that, I had an interview with management. They wanted to figure out if I was a good fit for the team and if the team was a good fit for me.

I met with them a few times over the course of a week. They asked me to come to Omaha for an interview that I didn't even apply for. I made sure to state my capabilities for the role and my qualifications and skills, but they ended up asking me to interview for an accounting-based position instead. After the interview, it took them over a month to get back to me. The recruiting managers are really bad at communicating and keeping candidates updated on their status throughout the process. It was disrespectful of them to ignore my application and interviews and just assume I'd want a different role.
