I applied for a job online and was contacted by a Kiewit Recruiter. They didn't explain the job role, duties, or responsibilities and instead asked me to do a video interview. After a few days, they said they were interested and we scheduled an on-site interview. However, the morning of the interview, they canceled it because of an issue with the Hiring Manager. We agreed to reschedule in a few days, but it's been over 2 months and they've ignored all my emails and calls. If this is how they treat people before hiring, I can't imagine working there. It was a learning experience.
