Had a quick chat with the recruitment manager and set up an in-person interview for the following week. The phone call went great, the recruiter seemed really keen for me to join. I met with the recruiting manager and the two team members I'd be working with. They asked minimal questions and spoke like the job was already mine. After meeting them, another manager joined for a one-on-one. He hit me with questions that didn't really seem relevant to this specific role. He'd let me answer, then tell me what I 'should have said.' Didn't hear back from Kiewit for over a month.

The interview process was quite lengthy, involving three main parts: an online pre-recorded interview, an online assessment, and a reference check. For the references, they require at least 7 individuals to complete a questionnaire about you. The pre-recorded interview included 7 questions, mostly generic ones like discussing your strengths and weaknesses and introducing yourself. The online assessment had both a timed and a non-timed section. My tip: even if they tell you not to use a calculator, keep one handy just in case.
