I had a phone interview with recruiters where they asked me typical HR questions about my past experience. After that, I was emailed a People Answers Assessment. It's like a 10-minute timed IQ test and a timeless behavioral and personality test. This was my first time experiencing this, and as an experienced engineer, I found it offensive and lost interest in the company immediately.
