I applied in November and then had an online interview and an assessment centre in January. The interview itself went well, and I spoke with an interviewer who seemed really interested and engaged. They asked me about 5-6 questions, covering my previous work experience as well as some behavioral ones. The main topics they focused on were health and safety, diversity and inclusion, and details about the job itself.
