Applied online, then had a video interview, followed by an assessment centre, and finally an interview with the Senior Leadership Team. The whole process was quite quick, and I got an offer within two months of applying. I accepted, and it's a great scheme that allows for rotations across different departments.

It was an online interview on a platform that asked a lot of personality questions. These questions didn't really seem related to the design management intern role and were oddly formatted. No technical questions were asked, nor questions to check my qualifications. Because it was online, there was a weird format where the platform timed me while I answered. I'd rather have conversational interviews that feel more personal.

Applied online and completed an assessment, then had a one-way interview before being invited to an assessment centre. The assessment centre included an interview, a presentation, and a teamwork activity. There were breaks between activities for drinks and food.
