Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The whole hiring process took about 2 and a half weeks, which was super quick and well-organized. I went through 4 interviews and had to complete one written business case study. First, I had a phone chat with a store manager from another location. It was pretty chill, mostly about my personality and work background. Then, two days later, I had a Skype interview with an HR person that went for about 45 minutes, covering basic and behavioral stuff. After that, I met in person with the regional manager for a quick 20-minute chat. She was cool and professional, and we discussed scheduling and marketing strategies for the brand. The HR person then set up a Skype interview with the national director for the next week. Before that, I received a business case study to prepare a business plan. If you know your stuff and the industry, it's not too hard. The final interview with the national director lasted around 30 minutes. We covered a lot of ground on how to boost business and explore opportunities in the local market. I got the offer the day after that.

The interviews were nice and chatty, aiming to make me feel comfortable. It was a long process to get the job offer, but I think it was worth it. They really make you feel welcome, valued, and cared about. Now, the recruiter might be a different person, so I'm not sure how they currently are.

I got hired from inside, and it was a long process because there was a lot of change happening. It involved three interviews: first with the District Manager, then with the Regional Manager, and finally with HR. It was stressful, but it was a good challenge.
