There are three interviews in total: The first one is online with someone from the HQ in Milan. Part of the interview is in English and another part is in Italian. They ask about your previous experience and your views on education and teaching English. The second interview can be online or in person, with an HR person and the branch manager. The interview is mostly in Italian, but they ask you to do a roleplay of a lesson, which should logically be in English. The last interview is in person at the local branch (Sanremo) to meet the manager face-to-face. Not many questions were asked here, the manager just wants to see if she likes you.

The interview process included phone calls, an in-person interview, and a practical classroom test, as well as an oral and written test. The classroom test involved being an observer and seeing the class dynamics, with opportunities to intervene sometimes. The whole thing lasted about three hours.

The interview had two stages. They called me and invited me to "the interview." There were other people besides me. First, they asked us to introduce ourselves and talk with one of the teachers. Then, they gathered us to repeat the same thing, but in front of other candidates and the office director. After all this, each of us had to give two tests: basically, teach a class. Finally, each of us also had to fill out a report that they usually do while working there. In general, we were there for 3 hours. It's embarrassing because they call you to discuss the offer and talk about your application without specifying that they will conduct these types of tests. I mean, they don't respect your time at all.
