So first up, you gotta do this cognitive assessment on your own. If you pass that, there's another similar one, but this time with the HR person. After that, they set up a coding round with the team. Thing is, the actual job duties were nothing like what the recruiter said. The hiring team and HR were not on the same page, which caused a lot of confusion and was just a total mess.

Technical Behavioral

So I had to do 2 online assessments first, then a phone call with HR, then another video monitored assessment, and finally another 30 min call with IT. This all happened really fast, within just a few days. I thought things were going pretty well, but then they just ghosted me. I even sent follow up emails to show I was still interested and say thanks, but nothing. I get that HR can't get back to everyone, but after I spent hours on 4 different occasions, the least they could do is send a quick note saying it didn't work out.

So first, I had to do these two online tests, one was like a personality thing and the other was an IQ test. After I finished those, they emailed me to set up a first phone call. The person I talked to was nice and all, no issues there. But, like, they told me that the job, even though it's called 'Software Engineer-Entry Level,' doesn't actually involve any coding. It's more of a 'customer-facing,' 'technical advisor' type of job. Just a heads up, the title might be a bit confusing because you'd think a software engineer role would be about building software.

First I had to take an IQ test, and only the top 10% of people get calls. Then recruiting talks to you about who the company is, what they do, and what they are looking for. If you're still interested, they schedule an in-person interview with your would-be manager. That interview started with a technical interview and then went into culture fit.
