Behavioral Technical System Design

The interview was pretty solid and covered a lot, with 3 main parts: Behavioral, Front-End (FE), and Back-End (BE). Each section was set up to check different skills, from talking to people to actual coding stuff. The Behavioral part was cool, letting me talk about my past and how I solve problems in a chill setting. The FE interview was a good chance to show off my UI skills, with tough but fair questions that made me think creatively. The BE interview really dug into my backend knowledge, focusing on how systems are designed and made better, which I thought was both interesting and worthwhile. The people interviewing me were professional, easy to talk to, and really seemed to care if I did well, making it a nice and encouraging vibe the whole time. Honestly, it was a good experience that showed me where I'm strong and helped me learn as a candidate.

Technical Coding

The first round was a general aptitude test, which was really easy. The next round was a technical interview where I think I got almost everything right except for the last question. However, I wasn't selected for the next stage, which felt a bit unfair since others who were asked simple array questions were advanced, while my one missed question put me out despite in-depth answers.

Coding Behavioral

The interview process took about 5-6 weeks. A recruiter initially contacted me for a phone screen. After completing it, I didn't hear back for about two weeks. Next, I got an email asking for a live coding challenge scheduled for the following Monday. But on Monday, I was ghosted by the recruiter and engineering manager. The week after the supposed interview, the recruiter reached out to reschedule for the next week. I responded with my availability, and it's been several days without a response. Candidates, your time is too valuable. Don't waste it. Best of luck on your searches!
