After submitting my application, I was given an online test that felt similar to the SATs. Then, I had two separate interviews. First, I talked with general staff, and then I interviewed with people from the Strategic Services department, which is the department I applied to. They were really open about the job duties and the pay, but they wouldn't tell me anything about the clients until after I was hired.

First, I had to take a CCAT test, which had 50 questions and only 15 minutes to complete. They offered a downloadable app with practice games which was super helpful! I can't say it was easy, but I passed it and moved on to the interview part. The interview itself went really well. I felt comfortable talking to the two people I met with, and the conversation flowed naturally. They asked about my social media background, how I dealt with scheduling conflicts with a coworker, and how I keep things organized. It was very chill and they were both really nice. I left feeling super excited about the job!

I applied online and was sent a link to a CCAT test. The test was math intensive for some odd reason. As a communications professional, I’ve never excelled in math. Nothing on that test was relevant to the job. I didn’t pass the test so I did not make it to the interview portion of the hiring process. After reading the comments here and learning my experience was not isolated, I would urge Khoros to reconsider the use of that test.
