Customer Service Representative
It was a smooth process. The interview was conducted by HR or a hiring manager and focused on my skills and experience. The questions were straightforward but required detailed answers. It was easy and not hard. Everything was handled via email. Once I accepted the offer, the onboarding process started to integrate me into the company.

Customer Service Representative
It was a very informal group interview with 3 candidates and 1 interviewer. The interview was only 15 minutes long and the hiring decision was made right after. The interviewer talked about job perks and what the training would be like. Training started the very next day.

Call Center Representative
It was a group interview where not everyone got to answer questions. The key was to participate and show genuine interest. You start by introducing yourself, then there are some basic questions, and you have to demonstrate your enthusiasm for the job.
