Outbound Call Agent
It was a group interview where we were asked various questions and given time to respond. I saw one person make a mistake and the interviewer let her start over, which was pretty neat. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that it would be a group setting.
- Why are you a good fit for this role?
Data Specialist
It was a great and easy interview experience overall, though the pay scale isn't the best. It seems okay for beginners looking to pick up some new programming skills. The work culture was hybrid, and the working hours were a bit unusual.
- Can you start by telling us about yourself?
- Could you elaborate on your background and experience?
- In what ways do you believe you are a good fit for this particular role?
Applications Developer
The interview went well. They asked some questions about my previous experience and how I would go about developing a new payroll system. The interviewers were good and explained the process clearly. However, it's difficult to know the application status because they don't send rejection emails if you're not selected.
- Could you provide an overview of your education and experience, and explain how they relate to this role?
- What are your expectations for a new job?
Project Engineering Team Lead
I applied for a Project Team Leader position. I got a call from an unknown number, and they confirmed my interest in the role. They also mentioned that an Excel test needed to be submitted by the end of the day, implying I should dedicate the evening to it. (Note to management: Please stop insulting applicants' intelligence. When you call about applications, find out why they applied and briefly explain the company and role. Then, based on their responses, you can assess their intelligence. This way, neither of us wastes time.)
- Complete an Excel test by the end of the evening.
