First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kforce.
Sales
I had a video interview with their sales leadership. They were really nice and I learned about the company and what it takes to succeed in staffing. They seemed very welcoming. I'd highly recommend their interview process.
- How do you manage relationships?
Sales
I went through 2 interviews and then did a day of job shadowing. The VP of Sales and Marketing decided against hiring me because they thought I wasn't ready to talk to clients. I was surprised by this feedback given my 15+ years in sales and consistent top performance. The VP mentioned they value strong work ethic and 100%+ commitment, which I offered. It seems like the company's 'great people' slogan isn't reflected in their hiring, which might explain high turnover. The VP also hinted at wanting a younger sales team, telling me not to mention this to HR, which was sarcastic. This company clearly wasn't looking for 'great people' in my opinion.
- What if I told you that you could earn over $100,000?
Sales Representative
I was contacted by a third party recruiter, then the company recruiter screened me and advanced my application. When it was time to schedule, I replied with a suitable time from their options but received no response, even after two follow-ups. It was unprofessional and a waste of my time to be ghosted. I was told they typically work 50-60 hour weeks.
- Are you open to working 50-60 hours weekly?
