Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kforce.
Technical Recruiter
It was a 3 step process. First, a phone call with a recruiter. Second, a call with the hiring manager. Third, an onsite with some team members from sales and recruiting. The process wasn't too difficult, and everyone was nice and friendly.
- What metrics did you have in your previous recruiter job?
- What's your reason for wanting to work at Kforce?
- What kinds of positions do you feel you're most skilled at recruiting for?
Recruiter
This recruiting agency has some of the worst recruiting tactics I've ever encountered. They seem nice at first and make promises about job opportunities, talk about a great compensation package and benefits, and say you're a sure thing for the job. But then, they cancel the offer 10 days before you're supposed to start and ghost you a week later. It's the most unprofessional experience ever.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Technical Recruiter
I had interviews with the Managing Director, Sales Director, and Delivery Director. Each of these interviews lasted about thirty minutes, and they each asked me about my past experience and what I've accomplished over the last few years.
- What has been the most challenging experience of your life?
