First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kforce.
Business Analyst
I had an initial online interview with a Kforce recruiter, which I felt went great. The recruiter mentioned passing my resume and feedback to the hiring company, but I didn't hear back from them after that.
- What's the reason for your departure from your present role?
Systems Analyst
This role involved standard interview questions, including behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time when you...'. The HR representative seemed to lack in-depth knowledge of the position, and there were significant delays (days) in receiving feedback, which was also not very informative. Additionally, my phone interview had to be rescheduled twice.
- What is your reason for leaving your current job?
Business Analyst
I was contacted by a recruiter after applying on a university job listing page. We had an initial phone interview, and then I was invited to their Reston office for an in-person interview. They asked me behavioral questions and gave me a detailed description of the job and company. After that, I was asked back to shadow an associate.
- What makes you want to work for Kforce?
- What do you enjoy about collaborating with others?
