Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kforce.
Accountant
I was first reached out to by a recruiter who asked about my background. They then scheduled me for an interview with a staff member, which went well. The questions covered my commute flexibility, preferred positions, and compensation expectations. I also talked about my skills, career aspirations, and desired job type. About a week later, I got another call. The offer was good but slightly below my desired salary. It seems like they submit your resume to clients if there's a good match, and the interview feels like a step towards getting hired. They mostly do temp-to-hire roles, but they say their clients let them know which are temporary and which are temp-to-hire. I think it's a decent setup, but I wouldn't rely solely on them.

Senior Accountant
It was a basic interview where they just went over my background and experiences to see what jobs they had that were a fit for my experience level. The interview didn't really give me any detailed idea about the company that they were considering me for.

Staff Accountant
Great entrance interview to understand what the candidate is looking for in the industry. Kforce has some of the best clients and really tries to promote the candidate for various assignments with their clients. The recruiter really tries to figure out the candidate's background, and the candidate is expected to pass a background check to work for large companies like 20th Century Fox Studios.
- What industry are you most interested in?
