Customer Success Manager
The process included an HR chat, a meeting with the team lead (who was the COO), a home assignment, a presentation of that assignment, and a group/team dynamics session. The process was clear and nice, we didn't continue as I was more interested in the Product aspects of the role which didn't fit their vision and that was fine!

Customer Success Manager
I started the interview process back in Jan 2021, made it to the last round of interviews, then I was ghosted. It's been about a month since I've heard anything, and I've reached via email asking for an update. On LinkedIn, they have reposted the position I was interviewing for so I'm taking that as a rejection.

Customer Success Manager
It took about two weeks to hear back after applying. First, I had a quick screening call with HR. Then, I was given an English test and had to do an Excel assignment where I used pivot tables to find insights and make recommendations. They liked my work, so I was invited for an in-person interview. I had to do a presentation to the CS team leader, pretending they were a client, which I didn't find too hard, followed by a regular interview. About 5 days later, I got an email saying they were moving on with other candidates. It seems like a place where people are really dedicated to their work, with lots of extra hours involved.
- What makes you interested in this position?
- Can you describe your typical workday?
- Are you willing to work extra hours when needed?
