First, there was an HR interview over the phone. Then, a higher-up conducted a preliminary interview, also via phone. Next, a remote technical interview took place with the superior and a tech lead. Finally, there was an online code review involving development tasks, queries about how those tasks were implemented, and broader design inquiries.

It took about two weeks to hear back after applying. First, I had a quick screening call with HR. Then, I was given an English test and had to do an Excel assignment where I used pivot tables to find insights and make recommendations. They liked my work, so I was invited for an in-person interview. I had to do a presentation to the CS team leader, pretending they were a client, which I didn't find too hard, followed by a regular interview. About 5 days later, I got an email saying they were moving on with other candidates. It seems like a place where people are really dedicated to their work, with lots of extra hours involved.

They invited 8+ people to an assessment day. We were asked to complete a few assignments that took over 2 hours. I think it is extremely unprofessional way to handle any first round interview, especially for a junior position. Talk about wasting our time.

I had an interview and was given a home assignment. The interviewer was very nice. I got a home assignment but haven't heard back since I sent it. I sent a reminder email and still no response.
