Analyst
I applied through my school's online platform and heard back a few weeks later. The first step was a phone interview, which included some personal questions about why I'm interested in this role, and then a 30-minute phone case. After that, I had another phone case interview, this time with someone more senior from a different office. Then came the final round at Keystone's East Coast offices, which was pretty much all day from about 9 am to 4 pm. It involved several interviews, each lasting around an hour. Most of them were case-focused, though some had a short behavioral part. Everyone at the office was really nice, and they even took me to lunch. A manager called a few days later to offer me the position.
