The interview process was long, and I had to do a 4-hour job shadow at a different location than where I would actually be working. This felt unhelpful since my actual work would be at a completely different office. Management really needs to improve their interviewing and training. I had a phone interview with the corporate recruiter, then a face-to-face meeting with the branch manager, followed by a job shadow with the team, and finally, another phone interview with the owner. The whole thing took about 14 to 16 days.

I got an email to do a phone interview, then I did it and got invited for a 1:1. The person I met wasn't the one I was supposed to meet and asked me the same questions I already answered. Then, I got another request for a phone interview with the person I was supposed to meet, and again, same questions. After that, I was invited to shadow the office for a few hours. The garbage cans were full, and one recruiter had stains on her pants. Following the shadowing, I met with the branch manager who said she'd follow up. But she never did. I emailed, called (she was never available), and even texted her. No one ever responded after that. This was a terrible interview experience, very unorganized and unprofessional. At least a response saying no would be appreciated. I would suggest NOT looking into Key Staff if you want a clean, professional place.

I applied online, then got a call for a screening. After that, I answered a questionnaire by email. Then there was a behavioral exam and a skill test. I then interviewed with the Branch Manager, waited for feedback, and finally got the offer!
