Scheduler
They started with a call and then made sure my computer worked with the program start date to train. They were very helpful during the process, and after that, it was like a breeze.

Customer Service Representative
It was a phone call interview that lasted about 10 minutes. The questions that were asked were fairly simple things about previous work experience. The person on the phone also asked what my expected hourly pay was.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to assist a customer?
Recruiter
The interview process was long, and I had to do a 4-hour job shadow at a different location than where I would actually be working. This felt unhelpful since my actual work would be at a completely different office. Management really needs to improve their interviewing and training. I had a phone interview with the corporate recruiter, then a face-to-face meeting with the branch manager, followed by a job shadow with the team, and finally, another phone interview with the owner. The whole thing took about 14 to 16 days.

Administrative Assistant
I had a scheduled phone interview, and received about three reminders, including one a few hours before the scheduled time. However, the interviewer never actually called, which I found really unprofessional and rude. No explanation or apology was given. I double-checked that I had the correct phone number, date, and time.
