AVOID THIS COMPANY - THEY TOOK BACK A VERBAL JOB OFFER AFTER WE DISCUSSED SALARY. The first step was a call with the hiring manager. Then, they flew me out to Santa Clara for an in-person interview, which seemed to go well and was pretty standard. About a week later, the recruiter called, saying they wanted to extend an offer. We chatted about compensation, and the recruiter mentioned she'd check with the manager for a specific number, not a range, based on my competing offers. The next day, the recruiter provided the salary details. I tried to negotiate a bit higher, but they wouldn't budge, so I eventually accepted the offer. We then went over benefits and other details. The recruiter assured me a written offer would arrive within a day or two, at most. Two days went by with no offer, so I followed up. The recruiter then stated the manager decided to interview more candidates and they were passing on me for now, even though we had agreed on salary and it seemed like a formality. I gave them a month to see if an offer would materialize, assuming the other interviews were just procedure, but they ghosted all my subsequent attempts to reach them. It's unclear if I should count this as an offer, so I chose a middle ground. Their recruiting practices are highly questionable, so be warned!

we have 3 sessions: the first is a knowledge test covering c++, general and electrical topics. then an individual interview where they asked basic questions about my experience in university, my strengths, and which positions I'd like to focus on at Keysight (like PCB, PLC, or RF). finally, a group interview focusing more on teamwork and problem-solving discussions.

I applied online and the recruiter reached out via email with the job details and a questionnaire to gauge my interest. Then, they set up a 45min to 1hr interview with the hiring manager. Since I mentioned another interview, they scheduled me for another 45min to 1hr session before that one. The discussion covered a mix of deep technical and behavioral topics. Some of the technical questions were quite challenging and not directly related to the process, which made me a bit uneasy, but I managed with some guidance from the HM. Following that, I had a full day of technical interviews with a team of 7 people. It was a bit intense, with questions spanning both highly technical and behavioral areas.
