IT Intern
For an IT Intern position at Keysight Technologies, expect a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The technical ones will really depend on the specific role you're going for, like software, hardware, or mechanical. Behavioral questions are meant to check out your soft skills, how you tackle problems, and if you'd be a good fit for the company culture. They usually use the STAR method, so they'll ask you to talk about something that happened in the past. For example, they might ask you to introduce yourself, explaining your studies, what you're looking for career-wise, and maybe a hobby. When asked why you want to intern at Keysight, make sure you've looked into the company and mention specific projects, products, or values that appeal to you. If they ask about a tough project, focus on the problems you ran into and how you got past them. They might also ask how you juggle tasks when you have a lot going on, to see how you manage your time and stay organized. And you could get a question about working well in a team, where you should talk about your part and how you teamed up with others.
