I interviewed with Keysight, and it was a really great experience. The hiring manager was super nice and professional, which made me feel comfortable right away. They explained the job really well, asked some good questions, and let me talk about my background and skills. The whole thing went smoothly and was organized, so the interview felt both easy and efficient.

I drove to the Santa Clara location, which seemed like a great place to work. The interviewers were nice and I got some Keysight swag after the technical interview.

The agency will be your point of contact. You need to send in your CV and Cover Letter, either online or via email. First up, there's a phone interview with the recruitment agency, which usually takes about 30 minutes. After that, you'll have a phone interview with the hiring manager, where you'll likely get asked pretty much the same questions as before, also lasting about 30 minutes. The final stage is a face-to-face interview that includes a presentation and a technical assessment. This part can go on for a few hours, often running longer than scheduled, so don't make any plans for immediately after.
