Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keyrus.
Data Engineer
Applied on LinkedIn and connected with HR. Then had a tech interview with two directors: one for Data Engineering and one for Delivery. Didn't make it to the third round with the VP. Took 3 weeks total.
- Tell me about a challenge you encountered and your approach to resolving it.
Data Engineer
I had a group interview with 3 people: a BU manager, a CP, and an HR person, and it was a surprise, it wasn't planned. The discussion was interesting, though sometimes it went off-topic and wasn't technical or operational enough. I had to introduce myself, talk about my missions, and answer questions. After the discussion, and this is the problem, there was a big silence. I heard nothing back, and when I followed up, they told me they couldn't even come close to what competitors were offering.
- Tell us about yourself.
Data Engineer
The interview process started with a quick HR call. Once the basics were covered, we moved on to a longer HR interview about my aspirations and goals. The HR person then validates the profile internally, and after that, we have an interview with a BU manager or a technical expert/referent.
- Why are you looking to change companies?
- What position are you aspiring to?
- What are your strengths?
