First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at kevin..
Project Manager
So first there was a written test, which had aptitude and the domain section. The domain section is basically the technical part. It had about 90 questions and you had 90 minutes to complete it, and no negative marking. The topics were modelling, simple aptitude, calculating area using equations, graphs, passages, synonyms and antonyms. After that, there was a group discussion round, then a technical interview round, and finally the HR interview round.

Growth Manager
So the interview for the Growth Manager role at Kevin. was pretty organized and professional. First, I had a call with HR to chat about my background, what I've done, and why I'm interested in this job. It was a simple chat, and the recruiter was nice, telling me about the company vibe and the role itself. Then, I had a technical interview with someone who could be my team lead. They asked questions about how I'd handle different growth problems, mixing in some situational and behavioral stuff. We also talked about my background in data analysis, growth strategies, and past projects. They seemed really into understanding how I think and solve problems. It was a good, in-depth talk, but not super technical.

Data Analyst
I had an initial chat with the recruiter, which was pretty standard. Then, they sent over a test task and asked me to estimate how long it would take and when I could complete it. I responded the next day, saying I could finish it by the end of the week and asked if that was acceptable, but I didn't hear back. I messaged them again the following day to see if I could do the task over the weekend instead, but still no reply. On the weekend, I realized there were no instructions for the task, so I emailed the recruiter requesting them, and unsurprisingly, got no response. After almost two weeks with no communication from the recruiter since the interview, I messaged them again to check if they'd seen my previous emails, but received no reply. About two and a half weeks after the interview, I finally got an email stating I was rejected for not submitting the test task. I replied with all my emails and proof, and they said it went to their spam folder and they'd look into it. Later that day, the recruiter called, but I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number, as we hadn't communicated by phone before. They then emailed saying I missed the call and that Kevin was no longer hiring from Estonia and had also quit his job. It was a completely bizarre and unprofessional situation to discuss their resignation with a candidate.

Backend Developer
It was a pretty straightforward interview process overall. First, I had a quick chat with the Talent Acquisition Partner about the role. Then, I went through a technical interview that involved reviewing code and doing some live coding to improve it. After that, I spoke with the Engineering Team Lead, which was more of a cultural fit conversation, discussing my background and work scenarios. All these calls were positive. The company then decided I might be a better fit for a different team based on my background, so I had one final call with the Engineering team lead for that specific team, and then I received the offer.
