First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kettler.
Marketing Specialist
I had one phone interview and then two in-person interviews. The background check really stretched out the process. The phone interview focused on my current job duties, any problems I was facing, and my level of interest in the role.
- Can you describe your basic understanding of leasing?
Marketing Specialist
First you'll talk to the Property Manager you'll be working with, could be in person or on the phone. Then you'll meet with another Property Manager, maybe a colleague or just someone random. The last interview might be with the Property Manager's boss, the Regional Manager.
- Can you keep a professional relationship with residents?
- Are you organized?
Marketing Specialist
The whole interview thing took about two weeks. I applied and then the Property Manager surprisingly called me asking if I could chat quickly. Luckily, I was ready! After about 10 minutes of talking, they invited me for an in-person interview that same week. The following week, I interviewed with the Regional PM. A few days after that, I got an offer.
- Can you share an instance where you had to handle a challenging client?
- What would your past managers say about you, both good and bad?
