I had my first chat with the recruiter over zoom, then a follow-up with the Regional manager, also on zoom. After that, I met the property manager in person at the site. The whole thing took a little over a week, and I got the offer the day after my last interview.

The interview process was pretty by-the-book and not very creative. The questions they asked were pretty standard, and the whole vibe was quite serious, which I think says something about the company's culture. Two people interviewed me, though one did most of the talking. It got a bit awkward sometimes with all the silent pauses, and I didn't get much chance to speak. It also felt like they kept asking the same question but phrased it differently.

After a recruiter phone screen, I had a phone interview with the supervisor and their boss. They explained the day-to-day of the role and let me share my experience, checking if I had the right experience to start quickly. Then, I had an in-person interview with the recruiter, supervisor, and department head, which included a short skills test and individual interviews with each person.

The whole interview thing took about two weeks. I applied and then the Property Manager surprisingly called me asking if I could chat quickly. Luckily, I was ready! After about 10 minutes of talking, they invited me for an in-person interview that same week. The following week, I interviewed with the Regional PM. A few days after that, I got an offer.
