Still interviewing and taking forever to hear back after five weeks. They said they would call back every week, but they didn't. When I call them, they tell me they are still interviewing. Lacks professional interview skills.

This is a great company but they don't hire for resource positions. You should aim for a part-time or full-time role because it's better for you in the long run. Resource roles don't come with benefits. Make sure to advocate for yourself, and the right job will definitely come your way.

I had a virtual interview scheduled. I wasn't told beforehand that I'd be interviewed by four area managers, including three from departments I hadn't even applied to. They wanted cameras on for my side, but their cameras were off. They kept asking what position and shift I applied for, which was weird because I thought they were hiring for that specific role and shift. They asked general interview questions but then there were long silences, making me feel like my answers weren't good enough. They didn't even ask about my work history, which was odd. The main interviewer seemed uninterested from the start, so it's not a shocker I didn't get an offer. This was my first MLT interview as I'm graduating soon and wanted a job lined up, but I'll have to keep looking elsewhere since this wasn't a great experience.

Applying through their website is a good idea, but getting an employee referral at Kettering seems to give your application a much better shot, as they hire a lot of people that way. The whole interview process wrapped up in under a week and was pretty relaxed and smooth. I got an email to set up the first interview, which was with the department's team manager, about a day or two after applying. This first chat was 30 minutes long, where the manager went over the job description and responsibilities and asked about my background and skills. They mentioned I'd need to get Epic certified for the role. I also got to ask a bunch of my own questions during this easy, chill conversation. We then set up a second interview with the manager and three other team members. This one lasted an hour. They asked general interview questions and I got to ask them more things. They were curious about my experience with SQL, Epic, and Power BI, and I shared my background with SQL and Tableau, also highlighting my commitment to picking up new skills. HR called me the very next day with an offer.
