I applied online and about two weeks later I got an email from HR asking to set up a phone call. Two and a half weeks after that we were able to set up a call (we were both traveling out of the country at the time). The week after the call I went into their office and interviewed with 4 team members during a two hour time frame. The week after that they called me to come in to meet two of the Vice Presidents. The next step was a 2 hour writing test, which you had to do a standard pitch, press release, social media posts, etc. Then finally I went back in to meet with the SVP of the teams I'd be working with. The next step was just to get my background check and reference check cleared.

Applied to a bunch of account coordinator jobs on LinkedIn, sent my resume. Then, I had a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a virtual interview with a team member. Honestly, the recruiters weren't the most professional. After my interviews, I never heard back from them, not even a rejection email. One recruiter actually missed our scheduled interview and didn't reply about rescheduling until the next day. If they want good people, they need better recruiters. I get that they have lots of applicants, but it's pretty rude to waste our time.

Interview process was super easy. I didn't apply online but used LinkedIn to connect with HR and entry-level folks at Ketchum to get an interview and offer. The recruiter was amazing and answered all my questions. I spoke with senior leaders on the account I'd be working on and also with other entry-level workers. Ketchum gave a competitive offer and matched another salary I had. They also have great PTO and benefits. Highly recommend!
