I applied online, then had a phone interview. A few days later, I went in for an in-person interview and a skills test. I was offered the job a few days after that and accepted. The interviewers were nice. The questions were of average difficulty, mostly standard questions you can prepare for. The skills test involved writing a press release and answering some current events questions, mainly to see if I understood what's going on in the world. They mentioned it's a place where they have fun and work hard, but it felt like mostly just working a lot.

So, a recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn, and we did a few phone chats. Then I met the team in person. It took ages to hear back – like months! They eventually told me they never filled the role, and then HR circled back about the same job.
