First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kerr, Robichaux & Carroll.
Legal Assistant
They responded fast and were really chill about scheduling a zoom call. I wasn't sure if it was a real interview or just a quick chat, but I'm waiting to hear back from them.
- Why are you interested in this job?
Legal Assistant
It was a really strange interview process. I responded to an ad on Craigslist by dropping off my resume. Then, I was told that the partners would be available to interview me right then and there. Two of the partners interviewed me, and I got a negative impression from both. I got a job offer later that same day. I almost didn't accept it because the interview creeped me out so much, but when you're dealing with student loans, you can't be too picky.
- Can you describe your previous experience?
- What are your expectations regarding workplace sacrifice?
Legal Assistant
The firm's partners will conduct a formal interview. Dress appropriately for the occasion. They hire people with little experience, so this could be a good chance. The questions are pretty straightforward but can feel a bit daunting. However, they are friendly.
- What do you seek in a job?
