First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kepler Group.
Digital Marketing Analyst
The interview process started with a 30-minute video call with HR, who was very friendly. Then, there was a second 30-minute video call with two analysts, where similar questions to the first stage were asked. The final stage was a 1-hour in-person interview at their office with two senior employees. This included a presentation on programmatic advertising and a data analysis task, with questions asked about both after presentation. They also asked more questions about my work preferences and how I like to be supported, which made Kepler seem like a supportive place for early-career individuals. There was a minor hiccup with check-in at the office reception, requiring an email to confirm my arrival. Almost a week after the final interview, I received an automated rejection email without any feedback. My attempt to request feedback was met with an automatic reply stating I couldn't contact that email address anymore, which felt like my email was blocked after rejection. This experience contradicted my initial positive impression of Kepler as a supportive environment for early-career professionals.
- How do you prefer to receive support at work?
Digital Marketing Analyst
The entire interview experience was pretty smooth and recruiters were good with communication. It all took around 4-5 weeks. First, there was a phone screen, followed by an on-site interview. The on-site included a presentation and three interviews with people from my potential team and other teams I would be working with.
- Can you share an instance where you used data to guide a decision?
Digital Marketing Analyst
The interview process is long but worth it! I had 2 separate screening phone calls and then a video call with 2 members. They are both case studies (one focused on analyzing a set of data and the other is a creative target market activity). After those, I presented a 10 minute presentation on anything of my choice. Not going to lie, you need to prep for this and it took me awhile to make the presentation/practice. After those rounds, I had another zoom interview with 2 members of the team (a director and associate VP) that were more casual.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- Why are you interested in Kepler?
- What's your favorite advertisement and why?
